Colours of the Rainbow tag

Hey!
So I've seen this tag a lot on YouTube & also on a few blogs so I thought I'd give it a go myself as it looked quite fun to do!

REDSo first up is red, I actually struggled a bit on choosing this colour as I don't feel confident enough to wear a red lip, but I did find this lipgloss by Avon is the colour 'Rich Raspberry' It's quite a mild red lipgloss & has a really nice formula. I also went with my Elmo slippers! You've got to love Elmo! haha. (Sorry, the lip gloss is coming across more pink on the photo.)

ORANGE
Rimmel's ScandalEyes mascara in extreme black; This is probably my all time favourite mascara, I
know it has a lot of mixed reviews but for me personally I think it adds a lot of volume, doesn't clump
& I also love the wand on it as I prefer these type of wands to the plastic ones.

BLUE
I've mentioned this product a lot so it's probably not much a surprise. It's the Nivea Exfoliating Scrub; I use this product 2/3 times a week & it's really helped my skin out,
I used to get dry patches around my nose and my forehead (T-zone) & this has helped to stop that and
allows me to wear foundation without it looking cakey - lifesaver!

GREEN
Barry M eyeshadow brush; I literally looked through my whole make up collection/ & I think this is the only green thing that I own haha (Don't know if that's a good or bad thing!) It's a kind of lime green, but It still counts! I use this brush pretty much everyday to apply my eyeshadow, It's really good for blending and smudging shadow, the bristles don't shed & I believe it was only £2.99 so bargain!

VIOLET
I went with the Barry M gel hi-shine nail varnish - Prickly Pear; This was the first Barry M Gelly nail varnish that I brought. Barry M is one of my favourite drugstore brands so I was expecting great things & I wasn't disappointed! It's such a pretty colour, has great staying power and also creates a really nice shine on the nails like the product suggests.
PINK
Vo5 Dry shampoo - I thought to myself before picking this colour that I really don't have many pink
things because I'm not a fan of the colour.. then I looked in my lipgloss/stick draw & I was mistaken!
haha.. but this was my first choice so I'm going to stick with it! This is a great product for just
refreshing your hair in between washes, smells great too which is always a bonus!
YELLOW
I was really stuck on this one, so in the end I went for Dolce & Gabbana - the one. It's more of a goldy colour I guess but I couldn't find anything else! This has been my favourite perfume for years now & the past two maybe three years it has been a Christmas present from my dad (Seems like he's starting a bit of a tradition there!) so in a way that's gave it more of a meaning without sounded too cheesy. I love the bottle, quite simply but still manages to look sophisticated and classy.
INDIGO
I didn't really know what colour this was as I've seen people saying all sorts. I think it's somewhere in between purple and blue though, so went the mascara I'm currently using which is the Scandaleyes Show off. I'm really liking this at the moment & I'm looking forward to trying it out more!

MULTICOLOURED
New look sandals, I've had these for quite a while now. They're such a gorgeous pair of shoes! They're pretty old now so they don't have them in stock anymore unfortunely. But it the summer, they look so nice & because of England barely getting a summer most years, they've kept in pretty good condition.

Hope you enjoyed this post!
Let me know if any of you are planning to do this or if you already have, leave me your link in the comments and I'll take a look!

xx
