January Glossybox!



Happy New year guys! First post of the year and this year I'm going to be so much more consistent with my posting, I've got loads planned, loads of photo's taken already so there will be lots coming up!

Glossybox started the new year with their January box which included 5 full size products, only two I'd heard of and tried before so I'm excited to try out the full sized products of the others.

Nicka K New York; Colourluxe Powder Blush - This looks like a pretty interesting product to me, first of it's a lovely colour and I feel like it will suit my skin tone so, good one glossybox! It's a loose powder blush packed into a cute little pot which includes a soft puff applicator. It's also got a small mirror on the top of the pot, I think that's quite a nice touch if you need a quick touch up! (Just noticed the fingerprint in the photography, sorry!)

MeMeMe; Eye Line Pencil In Clay - I've used a couple of MeMeMe's products in the past and I've always thought they were pretty good, so this should be no different. Brown's not normally a colour I'd choose for an eye liner but I am trying to experiment more with my makeup this year, so I'll find a way to make this work!

Jelly Pong Pong; All Over Glow - I've received a Jelly pong pong eye product in a previous glossybox and from what I remember it had really good pigmentation and was long lasting so I'm hoping this one will be the same. I'm actually really excited to give this a go as I've been on the hunt for more highlighters to try out as I haven't really found one that stands out from the others I currently own. They say that this product is great for problem skin as its oil free so that's always a good point to know, this would normally be £10 so your getting almost the value of the box in just one product this month.

Kueshi Natural & Pleasant Cosmetics; Revitalizing Face Toner - I've never heard of this brand before and haven't tried to many facial toners so I'm hoping I like this as it looks like you get a lot of product for the price. This toner contains a blend of calendula, chamomile and aloe vera.

Naked Lips; Organic Lip Balm Superfruits - I have so many lip balms to get through its unreal! So I will eventually get round to trying this out! It looks good though as it's an organic and 100% natural product which is full of oils, from anti-oxidant fruits and berries. It should result in soft and moisturising lips because of this.

 

I was pretty happy with this months box, they started of with a good box this year! I have glossy dots to use up which will get me a free box next month, so we'll see if the good stuff carries on! I'm always on the edge of whether to carry on with these or not, whenever i have my mind set on stopping it, they bring out a good box which keeps me going for another one!
